Here’s how to use each Ralgex product, along with tips to help you get the best results.
Ralgex® Pain Relief Cream
You can use this warming cream before or after an activity to help ease stiff or sore muscles and joints. Apply a thin layer to the area and gently massage it in until it’s absorbed. Many people find the warming sensation reassuring, as it indicates the product is taking effect on the applied area.
Great for: targeted warming comfort across everyday aches.
Ralgex® Heat Spray
If you prefer not to use your hands to apply a product, our heat spray gives warming relief too. Hold the can at least 20cm from your skin and spray for 2 to 3 seconds. It is especially useful before or after exercise, or if applying cream is difficult.
Great for: quick, convenient application.
Ralgex® Double Action Heat Patch
This patch is made to stay in place comfortably with 2nd Skin Technology and gives up to 8 hours of warming comfort. Apply it directly to the area and let it work throughout the day.
Great for: hands-free, all-day support for tired or sore muscles.
Ralgex® Advanced CBD Muscle & Joint Cream
This non-greasy gel contains cannabidiol (CBD 0.5%), arnica, boswellia, harpagophytum, and wintergreen oil. Massage a small amount into the area for deep-penetrating, comforting heat. Its moisturising microemulsion makes it easy to apply and pleasant to use.
Great for: people looking for plant-based active ingredients with targeted heating relief.
Ralgex Relief Anti-inflammatory 2.32% Gel
This is our strongest diclofenac formula, made for long-lasting relief of sudden joint and muscle pain. Apply a thin layer to the affected area and gently rub it in. Do not use more than 8g per day and do not use diclofenac gel on large areas or for longer than 14 days without medical advice.
Great for: times when you need stronger, longer-lasting relief.
