Our new high-strength formula contains methyl salicylate, a clinically proven warming ingredient, that helps increase blood flow to the affected area and delivers effective targeted, heating relief where it’s needed most. Penetrating heat helps relax and ease stiffness and pain so movement can feel easier again. You can use this warming cream before or after an activity to help ease stiff or sore muscles and joints. Apply a thin layer to the area and gently massage it in until it’s absorbed.

Ralgex® Heat Spray

Our heat spray gives warming relief too. Hold the can at least 20cm from your skin and spray for 2 to 3 seconds. It is especially useful before or after exercise, or if applying cream is difficult.
