Safety: Using Ralgex Products Responsibly

Topical products can make a real difference to everyday comfort, but it’s important to use them as directed.

General guidance for all Ralgex products:

  • Always follow the instructions on the pack
  • Avoid using on broken, inflamed or infected skin
  • Keep away from eyes, mouth and sensitive areas
  • Wash hands after application
  • If irritation occurs, stop use
  • Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
  • Keep out of sight and reach of children

Age Suitability

Ralgex® Pain Relief Cream
Suitable for adults and children aged 6 years and over.

Ralgex® Heat Spray
Not suitable for children under 12 years.

Ralgex® Double Action Heat Patch
Suitable for all the family. Children should use the patch under adult supervision.

Ralgex® Advanced CBD Muscle & Joint Cream

Ralgex® Double Action Heat Patch

Arnica montana flower extract, Mentha piperita (peppermint) oil, Eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, Vanillyl butyl ether

Ralgex® Advanced CBD Muscle & Joint Cream

Cannabidiol (CBD) 0.5%, Arnica extract, Boswellia extract, Harpagophytum (Devil’s Claw) extract, Wintergreen oil

Precautions: When to Take Extra Care

Different products suit different needs, but a few precautions apply broadly:

Sensitive skin

Warming ingredients, such as menthol, may cause temporary redness or tingling. This is expected, but if it becomes uncomfortable, discontinue use.

Use alongside other medicines

Diclofenac gels are medicines. Do not use them alongside other diclofenac or NSAID-containing products unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Before and after exercise

Many Ralgex products are suitable for use around exercise, but avoid applying to freshly showered or irritated skin.
